| For this exercise, participants are provided with a GFE and HUD-1 settlement statement from May 2007 (attachments titled Weiss Loan Conversion GFE Class Exercise and Weiss Loan Conversion HUD-1 Class Exercise, respectively) and are asked to convert the information and date to the new forms. The attached reference materials (Appendix A & C, and the RESPA FAQ's) may be useful in completing this exercise. | ||
