For those of you flying in to the Annual Meeting, the hotel is located about 12 miles from the Indianapolis International Airport. The Hyatt suggests a shared shuttle van service to and from the airport called Carey Indiana. The shuttle is located outside the main terminal of the Ground Transportation Center, which is also where the rental cars are located. (Carey Indiana is located across from the Avis counter). No reservation is needed and the round trip fare to the Hyatt is $32. American Airlines is offering a 5% discount to/from the Indianapolis Airport for all meeting registrants.
